Account Deletion Request

At Testers Dashboard, we respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data.

Important: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. You will lose access to all apps, test records, and roles. You cannot recover your data once deleted.

What Data Is Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our servers:

Data TypeDescription
User ProfileYour email address, display name, and profile photo URL (stored in the users/{uid} document).
Test RecordsAll test completion records you created across any apps (apps/*/tests/).
Access ListsYour email will be removed from sharedWith and managers arrays in every app you were part of.
Local CacheAfter deletion, your locally stored data will be cleared when you reopen the app.

What Data Is Kept

The following data remains unaffected because it belongs to other users:

Retention period: After lodging a deletion request, your data will be removed within 7 days. During this period, your account will be locked and you will not be able to sign in.

Please send an email from the same Google account that you use to sign in to Testers Dashboard.

What Happens Next

  1. We will verify that the request comes from the account owner.
  2. If you own any apps alone, we will contact you to transfer ownership or confirm deletion of those apps.
  3. Your data will be removed from our active databases within 7 days.
  4. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
  5. After deletion, you will no longer be able to sign in. You may create a new account later as a new user.
