Welcome to Testers Dashboard. By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Testers Dashboard is a mobile app testing management tool that allows app owners, QA managers, and shared users to track testing progress, record test completions, and manage access to mobile applications. The App uses Google Sign-In for authentication and provides role‑based permissions.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
You sign in using your Google account. The App owner assigns roles (Owner, Manager, Shared User). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

The App monitors foreground usage of added apps (last 5 minutes). After 2 minutes (120 seconds) of active use, a "Save Test" button appears. Tapping it records a test completion for that day. You may only save one test per app per day. The timer functionality relies on device accessibility features; we are not responsible for any inaccuracies due to device or OS limitations.
The App works offline by storing data locally. When an internet connection is restored, it syncs automatically. You acknowledge that syncing may not be instantaneous and agree that we are not liable for temporary inconsistencies.
All rights, title, and interest in the App (including its code, design, and branding) remain with the developer. You may not copy, modify, reverse‑engineer, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.
Owners may delete apps and remove users. You may stop using the App at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of your country of residence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
